Garden of Life Organics Men's Multivitamin Gummies, Berry, 120 Gummies

I’ve been looking for a while for something like this. The gummies are actual whole food based. They are very easy to chew and get down. They taste pretty good, similar to other synthetic ones but with natural ingredients. I have yet to get sick once when taking this for about a year. That means it’s doing what’s advertised for my immune system, which saves me money from being out of work or doctors visits for the kids. I was able to quit my bad energy drink habit with the b12 supplement these have too. Very happy!

Before saying this is good product or not, let me start with pros and cons: Pros: 1. Tastes good. I cannot understand how asome of the reviewers found the taste disgusting. They don’t taste like gummy bears, and thank God for that. They taste like concentrated fruit juice. 2. They are easier to consume compared to big pills, especially the ones for once a day. 3. They are light powdered with startch powder to prevent sticking. They are not mold. 4. Important: When I use myKind Organics Men Once Daily, I see more yellowish urine. It is said to be the exessive B vitamin that your body pushes out. However, I have not seen that with this gummies. It could be an indication of two things: These gummies are either better digested and consumed by my body, or they don’t have the same amount of B vitamin if they are absorbed my body at all. I think this is the most important take away from this review. 4. I feel fine after these. Have not had any stomach issues even after taking them with an empty stomach. 5. As a software engineer, mind clarity is a must for me. Hence, I think these slightly helped but have not finished the whole bottle yet. 6. It helped my bowel movement. I had been a long sufferer with IBS. I am now using Garden of Life Ultimate Defense Probiotics and these gummies and having a great and regular bowel movement. 7. Taking 4 gummies a day is really easy with these gummies. I don’t eat candy and stuff but this satisfies my sweet tooth enough. 8. No one really mentions that but the bottle cover design is awesome. Kudos to the brand designers. Cons: 1. Expensive, but this may be normal for the quality ingredient 2. Plastic bottle. With this price point, I would expect glass bottle. Like everything else, this pills are not magic. They are supplements, not meals. Just be cautious and don’t take too much or rely on them too much.

This is an okay vitamin gummy. Like most vitamins, however, the container has a vibrant vitamin B smell each time you open it. It also doesn't taste much like 'berry'. The gummies themselves are sweetened, even though some reviewers have claimed that they aren't sweet at all. They have about the sweetness level as a naturally sweetened fruit roll-up. Basically, not overly sweet. The gummy consistency is not like a rubbery gummy candy or a fruit rollup, but has a firm, but easily chewable consistency similar to gelatin. The gummy texture is a little bit on the grainy side, but I didn't find the texture overly unpleasant... at least for me. The graininess is more evident if you suck on the gummy rather than chewing it. The gummy itself doesn't have an overly vibrant B flavor, but the gummy does leave a "vitamin" aftertaste in the mouth, which isn't wonderfully pleasant. I'd suggest drinking water after chewing a gummy. As for whether these are more effective than other vitamins, I can't say. Though, I haven't finished my first bottle. Another reviewer has counted their gummies and found that their bottles were short by a few gummies each bottle. In fact, I counted my bottle and found mine was actually over the count by about 3 gummies. What this says is that Garden of Life seems to fill bottles by weight rather than by count. This means that each gummy likely weighs differing amounts, leading to some bottles which have more than the count and some which have less than the count. That means that while the weight of a bottle may be spot on when filled, the number of gummies might not match the count listed on the bottle. I might suggest that Garden of Life invest in bottle fillers that fill by exact count to avoid such count discrepancy problems. Overall, if you're looking for "organic" gummies rather than commercially produced "non-organic" gummies and you are also concerned about consuming specific non-vegan ingredients, this brand might be for you. If you're not concerned about "organic" versus "non-organic" and/or don't care about specific ingredients, save a little money and buy regular gummies.

I’ve tried a few different men’s vitamins, but these gummies have been my favorite so far. The berry flavor tastes natural, not overly sweet, and it’s great knowing they’re organic and non-GMO. I take them every morning, and they’ve helped me feel more energized during the day. I also like that they don’t upset my stomach like some other multivitamins. Overall, easy to take, clean ingredients, and great quality — definitely worth keeping on my Subscribe & Save.

My husband likes the flavor and ease of taking a gummy. The ingredients are great not adding anything artificial. They have very good quantity of nutrients in them and are a good value for the money. They are stuck together sometimes when we receive them but they break apart easily. It is mostly in the summer months when they stick together. We keep them on subscribe and save.

Vegan Gummy Vitamins! Need I say more? No. Will I? Yes! Everyone knows that taste and nutrition are usually at odds with each other. On those rare moments that you find the two together, that's something worth celebrating. In short, you really want these vitamins. For the full explanation, keep reading. Do you know that you don't eat as well as you should? Do you want to make sure that you catch whatever might be missing from your diet? Do things like "organic", "non-GMO", "Soy/Dairy/Gluten Free" matter to you? If so, consider yourself covered. As with most multivitamins, you can expect to have the ratios of all the main vitamins roughly tailored to your needs (male/female/40+/pregnant, etc.) Finding all of that in a multivitamin isn't a particular challenge as multivitamins are the most used supplement and the market is saturated with them. Finding a version that is made from only real foods and nothing chemically derived or artificially colored is less common. Finding an organic version of them is even less common. Finding a real-food vegan organic version of them (that includes the coveted B12) is even less so. Finding all of that in a fun gummy form that tastes suspiciously like candy and yet does not contain any sugar or artificial sweeteners and you found yourself a winner. There is no contest, these are without question the best multivitamins I've ever had, and I can't recommend them enough.
