https://amzn.to/41YoyPM I purchased this for myself to alleviate discomfort while watching TV. Seems to work well. The pillow is a memory foam type it is 3-3.5 inch thick. I was hoping for thicker but this works fine. The mask is cute a bit tight for me but since its tight I use it on my foreheadhead to alleviate my headaches. Its cute I would give it as a gift.

I use the fabric side against my face and it's very soft. The pillow holds its shape without being too firm. It's very cushiony and comfortable. Just used it on my long fights from Florida to California and was actually able to get a little sleep despite the hard uncomfortable seats. Also, when not sleeping I put it behind my back for additional lumbar support. I have major back issues after being in 2 pretty bad car accidents and this pillow was very comfortable to lean back on and helped make the fights more tolerable. I definitely recommend it.
