Battery I bought this and did not use it for over 6 months. The battery no longer charges. Where can I buy a battery?

The Battery is made by the Manufacturer of the amp, SHIDU. I don't know where a replacement can be purchased - Amazon stock the equipment, and should be able to screw the batteries.

Does this work without being connected to the internet?

Yes it does. We have used it several times in the middle of countryside where internet signal is very poor. Yesterday we were in a remote location with a big group of around 70 people and many participants commented on what a great piece of kit that enabled them to hear very clearly. We're absolutely delighted with it.
