Berberine
Definitely no weight loss. No taste. I used for 4 months and my digestion was kind of thrown off. I didn’t see it as anything better. I was very gassy. I’m not repurchasing and taking a break to see what happens. It’s a good value. I’ll purchase again if I get worse and think that the berberine was helping. I wasn’t taking for weight loss, I was taking for digestion and strength and sugar control.

Helps me digest
I have used this for at least a year now and have experienced digestive benefits. It has helped me lose a stubborn amount of weight and keep it off. I don’t feel it’s an appetite suppressant but more in the way of helping your digestion flow better. The pills are easy to swallow and are average size. It has been effective for me and I will continue to take it as a supplement.

The pill does not taste good so you need to swallow it down quickly. It seems to work well.

It has shown some results of lowering my glucose. However, this stuff makes me sit on the toilet non stop. I would caution to not jump directly into recommended dosage. But take just 1 per day to start and see what the side effects are. At least that way there's hope that side effects would be on the mild side
