Can't get the product into my sponge without untwisting the top. The pump simply does not work.

I ordered this for my boyfriend after researching and finding out that the little bumps on his arms are more than likely KP. I ordered a salt scrub with salicylic acid and a separate 30% glycolic acid serum to see if it would help. Sure enough, within a month, it already looked good, so I was all in when I saw a specific KP exfoliating lotion. While it says "exfoliating," it is not a scrub. This is a smooth, clear gel-like cleanser. I got a special mitt that he puts the KP Wash on and then scrubs his arms. I think that is the trick, to have the abrasion to open up all those little blocked pores. His are little white dots, so a scrub gets the medication to penetrate where it has to in order to cleanse and shrink the pores. It has been a little over a week, and the difference is more noticeable than my home concoction. This lotion feels like an aloe vera cleanser and moisturizes as it cleanses. Dry skin exacerbates the condition, so the overly drying 30% aha was a bit too much for his arms and did strip away the natural moisture. This one handles it like a champ without dry skin flakes from the harsher acids. He's definitely appreciating a single-step lotion instead of the three part concoction I decided to make in my mad laboratory!

I have sensitive skin, and many products leave my skin irritated. This doesn’t. There’s no fragrance to it, so that’s a huge plus for me. I’ve been using this for a couple of months now, and have seen a noticeable different on my arms. I’ve had KP on the back of my arms for many years, and nothing seemed to really make it better. This has! I put a little on my loofah to give it a bit more texture and to reduce the bumps on my arm as well. The redness and bumps have almost completely vanished. Overall, I love the way this make my skin feel, and that I’ve seen a noticeable difference in just a short amount of time. I have a feeling that I’ll probably have KP for the rest of my life, however this has really toned it down. I wish I had taken a before picture, so you could see how bad my KP was. However, I did take an after. It's seriously 100x better. Hope you found my comments and photos helpful.

I’ve had those little bumps in the back of my arms for as long as I can remember and no other body wash or scrub has worked as well as this one does. I’ve only been using it for a week now but there is a clear difference. I’m really happy about the effectiveness. The only down side is that the pump does not work like it should. After several minutes of struggling to get it to work I unscrewed the top a little bit and was able to get it to halfway pump out. It still doesn’t work really well but the product itself does!

This nonirritating gel body wash quickly provides skin smoothing relief to skin on your upper arms that feels dry and bumpy. It leaves skin feeling tingly and cool but seems fine even for sensitive skin. I did not notice a scent if that is an issue. The soapy gel rinses cleanly leaving skin refreshed and nourished. I was using the lotion for a few weeks and thought I'd give the body wash a try to pair with it. Worst decision, only used the wash 3 times and KP flared up worse than ever, felt like my skin was on fire.

This product did not work for me. Besides, it had an unpleasant smell.

It's not effective in fact it just made my KP worst, I gain more KP on my body upon using this product. I really did try to give it a chance and tried this product for a month I got this on Feb 2 i wanted to see if it works but the bottle is almost empty now and my kp is still just getting worst nothing approve. Also when the product arrived the bottle cap is already leaking. Such a waste of money. I'm so disappointed
