The Simple Human brand can be a little pricey, but everything we have bought from them over the years has worked well and lasted, giving us a good value for our money. So far, this foaming soap dispenser is no different. I haven’t had it clog even once, it works consistently and correctly, charges well, the charge lasts a long time, it was easy to set it to the amount of soap/foam I prefer, it works well with the foaming soap I prefer (Earth Mama), and the motion detection works perfectly. If you are not used to using an automatic soap dispenser, you will probably accidentally set it off, when moving it around, etc., but you get used to it quickly. It’s fast, and hygienic. I have not tried the Simple Human brand foaming soap, I purchased this soap dispenser specifically to work with the soap that I already prefer. In the short video, I’m demonstrating using it, then opening the top, holding down the power button until it turns off, pushing the orange button that releases the bottle inside (for refilling), then I point to the charging port, and finally, hold down the power button again, to turn it back on, and use it again. The pictures depict the control panel, underneath the top cover, the soap I prefer to use with the dispenser, and the dispenser opened up to show both the control panel and the interior bottle, with the top unscrewed, for refilling. I have had this foaming soap dispenser for several months. I’ve only needed to recharge it one time, so far, but when I went to do it, I realized I had misplaced the charging cord, I couldn’t find it anywhere. So I popped onto Simple Human’s website, and I was able to order a second charging cord, of the correct type, for a very reasonable amount of money. I appreciate the company making replacement items like that so accessible. It would’ve been really unfortunate for the whole thing not to work because I misplaced the cord. As for the Simple Human brand, again, we have been happy with each item we’ve bought from them, over the years. The majority of which have been waste/trash cans, a couple for our kitchen, over the years, and for bathrooms and bedrooms. We have not been disappointed in a single product we’ve tried from them. I’m giving this product 5 stars, for all of the good reasons I mentioned, and because I don’t have a single negative thing to say about it.

One Star for Looks - Purchased the rose gold unit 8 weeks ago, definitely cannot fault the look of it, charged it up, filled it with the Simple Human Foam Soap and it worked well for approx. 20 hand washes, unfortunately within 10 days it stopped working, assumed it was a flat battery, attempted to recharge it and no lights visible, unit would not charge during a 24 hour period, removed the soap container and checked the interior as the manual advised, could clearly see soap inside the sealed battery/pump housing, at this stage most people would go for a Warranty Claim but I assumed that as I had already binned all of the packaging I could not send it back, I removed the sealed housing from the rose gold body and identified soap all over the battery and the battery wires and the pump terminals were already corroding, obviously a design flaw and I have no issues in not chasing a Warranty Claim as I can clearly see from the deign that this would occur with any replacement Unit I would receive, I have since purchased a cheaper plastic unit a third of the price and will assess its performance when it arrives, I have purchased a few Simple Human items over the past 10 years, no more though.

Distributeur de savon automatique simplehuman. Finition exemplaire. Fourni avec trois tuyaux pour une densité de mousse différente. Diluer votre savon à 50% voir 70% d'eau suivant la mousse souhaité. Vraiment économique.

This, like all Simple Human items, is beautiful and functional. After reading all the reviews about the SH soap, I decided to go with my usual Bath and Body Works soap (especially since they now make refill-sizes). I find that regardless where I put my hand, I get the same amount of soap (a perfect amount for washing my hands). My one complaint is that the soap seems to be more liquid and not as "fluffy" coming from the SH dispenser as it is coming from the B and BW bottle. I figure the Simple Human dispenser doesn't have as many baffles, possibly, as most foaming soap bottles. However, it is still a foam and works fine. Just re-read the reviews and realized that to get thick foam, you have to change to the blue straw, which I did and now it's perfect!
