Pros: Variety of flavors: The combination of river shrimp, mealworms, and crickets provides a delightful variety that keeps my turtles engaged and excited at feeding time. They eagerly gobble it up! High nutritional value: I appreciate that this treat is not just tasty but also nutritious. It offers essential proteins and fats that contribute to my turtles’ overall health and well-being. Convenient packaging: The 1.5 oz package is easy to store and keeps the treats fresh. The resealable bag is a nice touch, allowing me to maintain freshness for longer. Great for training: I use these treats as a reward during training sessions, and they work wonderfully! My turtles respond well to the incentive, making it easier to teach them new behaviors. Cons: Odor: Like many dried animal products, there is a noticeable odor when opening the bag. While it doesn’t bother me, it might be a consideration for those sensitive to smells. My turtle loves these of course 🥰 I would say it is worth your money, I got the smaller one bc this is protein/snack NOT AN EVERYDAY ALL THE TIME FOOD, so I give it to my turtle a couple times a week, the smell isn’t strong or funky it just smells like the typical freeze dried mealworms. It also has freeze dried crickets, and freeze dried river shrimp of different sizes. Most of them come whole. Crude protein not less than 58% crude fat not less than 12% crude fiber not more than 7% moisture not less than 8.75%. My turtle digests them just fine. The color and taste I would say is fine. 100% recommend 🤗 will buy more when I run out of these 🙏🏼

Needs more shrimp, to many meal worms. Crickets not a favorite of aquatic turtle. Maybe more shrimp less crickets. Good product

BEWARE !!! if you don't like creepy crawlies--even inanimate pic. etc of them, SLOWLY open and look inside. I was ABOUT to just pick up some of the mixture, with my FINGERS!!!, for my turtle,,, to avoid a spill but I almost SCREAMED bloody murder when I saw THE CRICKETS!! All of the creatures are well dehydrated, VERY VERY few broken or crushed but that was the problem for me , not my turtle though!! he/she has been gobbling them up since it got big enough to eat them. The container is transparent and has a tight fitting lid. Been dropped a time or two but has no indication of it. LOVE THAT!!-I wouldn't be able to clean that mess up--have to call in reinforcements/ non-fraidy types.

Speedy service, great quality, and a great price! Perfect treat for that pet red eared slider turtle of yours! He'll chow down on these babies like there's no tomorrow! Feed them sparingly though, or the little bugger will eat the entire bottle if you aren't careful! All in all, highly recommended product & seller!

I needed to buy a gift for the neighbour's "kids." Their "mom" didn't think they'd like these. The "kids" were a little shy at first, getting a new food. Now they go crazy at the sight of the jar and will even accept hand feeding. Ha ha "mom" I was right you were wrong.

Pieces were a little bigger than I thought so I had to grind them down a bit to give my finches. Cool assortment of crickets, shrimp and other wormies.
