La máquina y todo el kit que viene es excelente, bastante completo y muy colorido. IMPORTANTE para compradores de EUROPA: La máquina no especifican que viene con voltaje y enchufe america pero comprando en Amazon un convertidor de corriente de 500w va genial, la máquina solo necesita de 4w, una vez hablado con el vendedor me explico que sin problema podía usarse así, me asesore y en efecto va bien. La Máquina como tal es muy silenciosa y muy fácil de armar.

This was delivered later than advised with no updated info’ provided. After I chased it a couple of times I eventually found out the carrier, I was never informed of the delivery (luckily I was at home). SO DISAPPOINTED after waiting and looking forward to the delivery I find it is useless because it has a foreign 2 pin plug and is the USA 110/120v so using it here with a plug adapter would fry the machine. White Goose obviously knew they were shipping to the UK! And the product description does not tell you this. It’s useless to me and I am gutted. I just hope that it’s not a load of hassle to return and get my money back!! UPDATE - decided to ask White Goose for a credit to allow me to buy a conversion socket (lowering our UK 250v volts to USA 110/120v) seemed a good solution as the actual kit is exactly what I wanted. They refused and just told me to return it. Further update - I have kept the unit (bought converter myself) the foam pieces that are supposed to hold the glasses in place are sectional to allow for different sized glasses. Seems a great idea until you try to use it! As the glasses turn the foam sections separate themselves so the glasses fall off - I am so wishing that I had returned this now!! It works if I tape them together but what a hassle every time I want to change the size of glass. Also I was missing 2 of the 4 pipes for the vertical holders that are in this kit, asked for them to be sent to me and have thus far been completely ignored.
