This is an excellent product. It fits in my refrigerator very neatly. Best of all the water tastes very, very good. I have had guests comment on how very good my water tastes. I have had it for a year now and am glad I bought it. I have always had a well and I guess I was spoiled. I tried a couple different filters and even bottled water. Absolutely did not work. This Water drop filter dispenser replaces the alkaline and removes all the bad stuff like fluoride. Great choice. I would definitely recommend tis product.

I am absolutely obsessed with this Alkaline Water Dispenser—it's completely transformed my kitchen and how I drink water. The design is the first thing that impressed me: it looks fantastic and, despite its 40-cup super-large capacity, it still fits neatly inside my refrigerator (which is a huge plus!). But the real magic is the water itself! The filtering is superior, my old tap water used to taste metallic, but this water is now incredibly smooth, clean, and crisp—easily the best-tasting water I’ve ever had. Knowing it's made from safe, food-grade, BPA-free material and adds those alkaline substances just makes me feel better about every glass. I have had this product for over 3 years now, so believe me when I say this water filter dispenser has done a great job in filtering out impurities in my water. The best hint though is adding alkaline to the water. The Waterdrop filters were the only ones I could find that has this extra alkaline layer as part of the filtration system. I feel the filters are reasonably priced, making for great value long term. I did recently needed to reach out to Waterdrop as my light had stopped working. The battery only last so long. The promptly sent me a replacement no questions asked. I would like to call out Olivia in customer service in her handling of my issue. She was professional and went above and beyond to ensure I was well taken care of. Emails were returned same day or next day, so communication was also great from her. So just know if you purchase their product they are there for you should you ever need assistance down the road.

It is great product, it softens the water. Only part I did not like, to fill the water top cover is hard to open there is no place to hold to open, it shots close . Otherwise product is doing well it suppose to do.

At first I really loved this. The water tastes great, it filters quickly, holds a lot of water, and all was going well! Now we are less than two months in and the reservoir that holds the tap water has a huge crack and is leaking faster than the water is being filtered! This has never been dropped and has always been treated well, so there is no reason for it to be cracked. Very disappointed. Willing to update review if water drop will replace at no expense, because I really loved it for the first 6 weeks! Edited to give 5 stars for exemplary customer service. Water Drop sent a replacement and expedited shipping.

We bought for a road trip and we are so disappointed. The water tastes like fish - definitely not what you want or expect from something supposed to filter out everything. We don’t feel safe drinking it and are going to have to buy bottled waters.

Large capacity and efficient, inexpensive filters. A bit cumbersome to haul about for refills, but holds a good amount of water and keeps me hydrated. Water comes out very clean, filter does an excellent job pulling all the calcium from my rather hard water.
