The most troubling thing about this drive is it disconnects on its own, even when in use.The key randomization is only on the numeric keypad, not the letters. I learned the hard way that the alpha keypad doesn't recognize all the letters when it locked me out after 3 attempts as hacked and offered to delete all the data, even though I had this feature disabled! I had to change the password to keys the alpha pad can recognize.What good is security if you're still afraid you're going to randomly lose all your data? I wish I hadn't bought this.
