Muscle cramps and Pottassium
I’m elderly and have been suffering with extremely painful nighttime leg cramps. Have been taking half recommended dosage (one tablet instead of two) together with electrolytes and magnesium at night. Et voila, no more muscle cramps. Highly recommended.

Hard to swallow, literally.
As far as the benefits go, it's hard to say. I've not noticed any difference personally. However, my low-ish score is simply that I've never had a problem swallowing any pill until this one. It sticks to every part of your mouth. My wife has given up taking them as they come here every single time. If you struggle with pills, even slightly, avoid these.
