It works
Not much to say aside from the fact it works as the gasket on my 2013 Honda Civic.

Good for 2006 CRV
Worked great on my 2006 CRV. This part goes between your exhaust and your resonator pipe. Sealed up nicely.

Walker 31360 Exhaust Gasket fit 1994 Honda Civic LX After Trimming
After removing the old baked-on gasket, the Walker 31360 gasket did not fit the exhaust pipe connection right out of the package. There was a little rust on the connection. I used emery cloth to smooth out the pipe and I had to file the inside of the gasket quite a bit before I could get it to fit properly. Once installed, it sealed up the connection very well, no leaks.

Pain to use - it's a "Crush gasket"
I did not find any videos or instructions on how this get's installed. What a pain in the @$$! Now I know why no one has used it while they did a youtube video. They skipped using the gasket due to it's difficulty of attaching to the exhaust system. If you know this is a "crush gasket" it's easier for you to understand how it's suppose to be used...of course this could be the wrong gasket all together as one person mentioned. I installed this with the new muffler(Walker 54042 Quiet-FlowSS Muffler Assembly) on my 1997 Honda Civic 4 dr. I took a wood chisel and trimmed down the top and hollowed out the inside trying to get it smaller/thinner. Finally I grabbed my two c-clamps. I put the two c-clamps on opposite sides of the muffler flanges and started tightening until I could get the spring bolts (Walker 35129 Exhaust Spring Bolt Kit) to attach. to get a better grip on the c-clamp and the bolts I removed the tire closest to the bolt and reached in through the hole. If I did this again I would not spend the time trimming this down, instead just go straight to using the c-clamps and use as a "crush gasket" as intended.

Works as intended on 09 SX4
Pretty solid seals so far. Inused them around my flex pipe on an 09 suzuki sx4, they fit perfectly and are doing a fine job sealing those joints.

Fit fine between the muffler and resonator flanges on a 2001 Civic.
Not sure what its made of - some kind of soft deformable metal... maybe lead? Fit just fine between the flanges of the resonator and a new muffler on a 2001 Civic. Just make sure to chip off the old flange and clean off the surface of the receiving pipe, and gently tap it on so it stays without deforming it. The pressure of the two pipe flanges being bolted together will cause it to deform and seal the joint over time.
