Rear is 2.5 inches, front is around 1 inch to 1.25 inch where the legs rest.

I am not sure where it’s made but it’s really comfortable. I used in my truck to drive for 29 hours from VA to Texas and really made a difference.

Will it a honda crv 2008?

I'm not sure what kind of seat a Honda has, but it will fit a regular sized seat. I have a Blazer and it fits perfect.

What is the highest temperature use rating in a car? It can get 100+ degrees in my car.

I don't know the rating but it is Pu leather which is more resistant to sun. I have had my car in 90+ outside temperature in the sun and the seat is never hot or uncomfortable.
