For reference I am approx 130 and 5”4’ and bought the medium size and they aren’t too tight as I was able to put them on with ease, but not loose by any means as they fit snug enough to really work up a sweat and they functioned like shapewear to make sure I’m pulled in at all right places and extremely flattering. When I take them off, I just roll them off inside out so I can go ahead and rinse/wash and then let them dry so they’re ready to be turned right side in the next use. That said, I love these!!!! Just got them today and they can be worn without needing other shorts on top as they are not see through at all. I wore them with just a sports bra top and went out for a quick 30 min walk and can feel the immense amount of sweat already starting to soak the legs! I bought these bc I’ve I’ve been trying to tone my thighs and finding it to be quite a challenge!! At first I only wanted to target the thighs but love that these are high waisted as they fit quite nicely and who doesn’t benefit from some extra sweat on the love handle and an area?! Don’t you just hate having to try different non working products only to then get so lucky and find the BEST ONES so far? I could have spent it on this product. I highly recommend it. It fits and feels very interesting at first but wow, it certainly delivers. Only other note is, the waist could be more fitting, but it would have to be reconfigured because a tight waist would be hard to remove especially w sweat being on it. In anycase, I hope you land on this one before you take an unpredictable chance on another. This is a fantastic start. Ps: I need xtra small avail 😩🙏🏽

These shorts came with a fishy smell, I almost sent them back. one day I decided I'd give them a try and loved them! these shorts will get you sweating in no time and they are very light weight and comfortable. the stinch eventually goes away, other than that, great product!

Honest Review: Did it have a smell? No. Did it take 10-15 minutes to put them on my fat butt? Yes. It was kind of like putting stockings on, but worse. Did I break a sweat in the process? Also Yes. Did the sweat persist while wearing them. Unfortunately no. They are comfortable though after some time, and they look good. But I guess they are not going to help me lose weight by just sitting around the house. I’ll try them at the gym.. because obviously that’s still the only real solution besides diet. Thick, well made, but not worth the buy in my opinion. I had high hopes. Oh well. Height: 5’1 160 lbs bought a Medium. Which was cutting it close.

I'm 5'3 and 190. Most of my weight is in my belly and I usually wear a large. The reviews peer pressured me into ordering 2 sizes up and I'm glad I did. They fit perfectly! They didn't have a fishy smell when they arrived, thin durable material, and they make you ta lot. I will definitely be ordering another pair when I get too small for these. Definitely recommend these short

I could never wear these shorts in public but they do work! They are thinner than i thought they would be but for the price i can't complain. Maybe next time i'll get a smaller size and they won't be so funny lol

These shorts do exactly as they claim. They fit well and you sure sweat in these while working out!

Went with there sizing chart, product ending up being too big. Returning and will be ordering a size down from what they suggested....quality and comfort of product seems good, will update when i get the right size.
