How does this compare to a curl mousse?

It’s not as “airy and light” as a mousse. However, it’s a lightweight moisturizer that helps define the curl without a heavy buildup. I find my hair staying moisturized longer than using a mousse.

I use an activator for my natural curl. Can I use this? Please explain.

The fragrance of this product is very light and refreshing. My daughter is a child of mixed ethnic heritage and she loves the Design Essential Natural products.
