Rough Country Rubber Bed Mat for 2019-2022 Ram 1500 | 5'7" Bed - RCM685 - Black

Came as expected within 5 days. I have a spray in bedliner which can be rather slippery when trying to haul gas cans and tool boxes. This bedmat is perfect! It fits well, approximately 1/2” from the edges the whole way around. And it is thick and heavy, it should hold up for a long time. I like the way it looks with the design and the Rough Country logo is a nice touch. I’ve read other reviews about the mat smelling, just remember it is rubber so there will be a rubber smell for a while. It really doesn’t stink! I highly recommend it for the money!

Made well, very thick rubber material! Took a few days to get the roll out but 3 days in the Sun did the trick!

Nice rubber mat. Fits perfect. It has a strong odor, but that should stop over time. I am happy with this purchase.

Rough Country Bed Mat just arrived and installed. Initial impressions are that it should do the intended job - which is keep things from sliding around too much and some additional protection to the bed. The truck is a 2023 Ram 1500 Limited and came with spray-in bedliner which is super slippery. Place anything back there and it slides around like its on ice. THE GOOD. The RC Bed Mat seems fairly grippy and seems like it will minimize sliding. Unfortunately, it arrives rolled up fairly tightly and it will take some time flattening out (see pics). At 3/8 inch thick, it should provide plenty of protection. THE BAD. Rough Country claims that this mat is made out of a "high-quality rubber compound" - read that to mean its made out of some reconstituted rubber, like crumble from tires. It's not horrible, but its not Black Armour. Next the fit is "Okay" at best (see pics). There is easily a 1/2 inch gap all the way around. VERDICT. While these don't have the fit of WeatherTech or the quality rubber of Black Armour, they a good solid compromise of Price v. Quality. They'll be in the back of my truck for several years. I'm happy.

Bought this to protect the bed liner on the truck and it fits perfect. No more cuts, scrapes and gouges from concrete blocks, wood and tools sliding around when the hubby borrows it. (Ah, the life of truck owners).I don’t know what was sprayed on the mat at the manufacturer or if the smell is incorporated in the materials but it smells AMAZING!!! Like a Blueberry almost or good expensive cigar. My garage has never smelled better :)Definitely recommend and worth the price!

I like the heavy quality of the mat. It fits well. But it came rolled up very very tight. To the point where, even with 280 lbs of me standing on it, I can't get it to lay flat in my bed. I'm gonna give it a few/three days to see if it flattens out before deciding if I want to return.. Update to follwo..

All I can say is that it fit the bed of my truck perfectly and it came on time.

This mat is very thick and heavy, and though at first it was curled, it only took a few days in my truck to lay down flat. Mat is very solid and protective so I'm sure it will be impossible to damage the bed of my truck with any load. Looks good too and adds a little weight back there.
