I have found wearing one of these has helped enormously with reducing the pain from my plantar fasciitis. I also have a weak ankle on that foot from spraining it earlier this year and this support is helping with that also. The material quality is nice and thick with good elastic and is comfortable to wear under socks in boots or barefoot with slippers. I measured my foot before ordering and it was suggested to buy the medium which fits perfectly. I haven’t washed them yet but, it’s great that you get 2 in the pack so you can have one on and one in the wash.

Really helped to support my ankle, because there are 2 in pack one can be washed while other in use..A little difficult to get on and off if you struggle with mobility, but would definitely recommend these.

Bought for a swollen ankle (arthritis) Great quality - have bought others but were too tight even xxl but these are perfect. Will buy more.

Elastic ankle support too small size medium. I measured my ankle as instructed on Amazon advert to less than 13.6 for Medium . However I could not get this ankle support over my swollen foot ( fell and torn ligaments in left anele and knee ) the description advert stated that this ankle support reduced swelling but did not advise to order bigger size if foot swollen. I only weigh 8st. 9lbs so I am not overweight but foot badly swollen after fall. I need a larger size please advise. Exchange to size L or LX ? Patricia Whittaker Brannan

It’s excellent support for my broken tendon

I bought this brace/support for my daughter after she suffered a serious ankle injury (tears in all her ligaments), and we couldn’t be happier with it. From the moment she started wearing it post-PT (physical therapy), it gave exactly the kind of support and compression she needed — enough stability to protect the ankle, yet not bulky so she could still move comfortably.
