Eat Delicious: 125 Recipes for Your Daily Dose of Awesome

This is my favorite purchase of 2017. I've been a faithful follower of Dennis the Prescott for a while, and his food pictures are unfairly gorgeous. He can COOK and make it look stunning and inviting. I eyed this book for a few weeks after it came out and couldn't hold off any longer, and it was the best decision. The cookbook is: well made (quality is THERE), stunningly beautiful, fun to read (I KNOW I'm not the only one who reads cookbooks for fun), written with love, AND, most importantly, the recipe diversity and quality is there.I am a decent cook. I am not bad, I am not super inventive. I can get by and eat well and feed others and we're all happy. That being said, this is a cookbook for people who love food and like making it. The recipes are foolproof (I've made several so far and they've all been outstanding). He gives plenty of tips to ensure your success, and he gives the story behind the carefully created recipes! You'll feel like he is a friend by the end of this, and who doesn't love a friend who knows food???The recipes are not super expensive, either, which I really appreciate. A lot of them don't even require a ton of ingredients or a ton of time (for most)! These are for weeknight dinners, special occasions, impressing your MIL, absolutely any occasion and there's something for everyone!Do yourself a favor and buy this ASAP and eat delicious. I am SO sold.

Best cookbook on the planet. Every single recipe is literally to die for. I randomly saw it at someone’s house and went out on a limb and bought it because the cover photo. I have owned it for a year and have made almost every recipe in the book. It’s just the best. I’m a real food snob bordering on pretentious but I can’t help it I just LOVE LOVE LOVE delicious food and have very low tolerance for food that sucks. Oh my god this book is everything. I can’t say enough good things about it!

This book is awesome.The recipes are beyond delishes. I am a confectionary artist and spending most my time in the kitchen I almost stopped cooking for my family. I lacked imagination. I am so grateful for this book because in the passed week I’ve cooked 4 dishes (with pleasure!), and they were delishious. With a different taste palette then I have been used to. So I’m adding some new favorites to my resume.Also, love love the photography. It makes me want to cook. And love the diversity of dishes. I just go trough the book and see what I crave.Fyi we are very critical gourmands at home. So when I say delishious - it is ; delishious ;-)

Dennis does not disappoint! I am a huge fan of his Instagram, and Dennis does not disappoint! This is one of the most beautiful cookbooks I have ever seen. The only question is how do I not make everything tonight!? 10/10!!!

This cookbook is so inspiring, motivating and rad!!! From start to finish this is a really well thought out, helpful, celebratory approach to food and cooking. Is it easy to cook like this and make it beautiful? No. But it's so worth it and when you apply the methods that DtheP illustrates so well in this book, you'll be hooked. Not sure? I rarely buy a cookbook anymore because so many recipes are available online but after looking through this one, I had to have it! I never heard of Mr Prescott, I saw the book in the new releases section of the library and scanned through it. Everything looked wonderful! I borrowed the book, read more recipes ( haven't made anything yet cause - vacation) but I felt like I wanted to make almost everything! What a great selection of recipes and yes, the photography is stunning and makes me want to make the dishes!

Love this cookbook! The pictures are gorgeous and Dennis the Prescott's way of describing the "how to" makes it super easy to follow. I have yet to make one of his recipes that I did not like. So happy to add this to my collection!!

Every recipe had a picture which is invaluable when making a new dish. I loved how simple yet sophisticated most of his recipes were, completely approachable. I've tried his recipe for fish tacos , fried chicken and the sauces for wings specifically for girls night in last week and they were a hit. New take on classics . I will be happily cooking through this book. I highly recommend.

lots of yummy dishes and tasty too. really nice vibe from the overall book, a bit American but that's okay just careful with the measures and things.

The combination of delicious food and wonderful pictures is just one of the great things about this book. Tasty recipes presen ted in an easy to understand way. Will be using again and again.
