Great quality, lasts really well and is great for neck problems.
This is by the far the best pillow I have tried and a great design. I have previously gone through so many different types of pillows as I have next pain and joint problems, having also had surgery on my neck I need the right kind of support. For me the memory foam element of this is perfect as it provides good support without feeling too solid. In others, the raised neck part has been too firm or barely existent whereas this is perfect for me. The quality is great and it has lasted me ages whereas in the past I would change pillows very regularly. Highly recommend and great value for your money as it will last you ages. No issues with it smelling even when new.

A little thinner than I like
It seems to be fairly good quality. It is a little thinner than I like.

Decent pillow
After my old pillow had it I kept waking up with awful neck & shoulder pain. Saw this one, the reviews and decided to give it a go. After unsealing it, it rose up quickly, was good for use after 45 minutes and didn't have a chemically smell. The higher contour held the head and neck in a good position for back sleeping, was mostly passable for side sleeping but felt just a little bit low so not as supported. I like a firm pillow and this one ticks that box, only issue I had with that is been a wriggly sleeper if I came out of a sleeping position where my head/ear was in the dip of the pillow it was a little unforgiving on the ear causing a bit of soreness. Overall it's a decent pillow, a lot comfier upgrade, once I got positioned right in it I slept well and within a couple of nights using it my neck & shoulder pain had eased a lot.
