Very soft and cuddly. And really huge - just as hoped for. It did arrive tightly packed. After leaving it to expand for a day it still seemed a bit understuffed and the head wasn’t staying up (see first two pictures). Read some reviews and decided to throw it in the dryer on low for 20 minutes as it is currently snowing here, so no putting into the sun possible. Just pulled it out again and all fluffed up and head now stays up (third and fourth pictures). So give that a try if your unicorn seems understuffed!

My 4 yr old granddaughter is going to love this for her birthday. I did decide to use more stuffing in the neck and the legs. It was floppy, but would have been ok too. By adding the stuffing, the head now stays up and the legs look better too! Gave it 5 stars because it’s so soft and adorable. Price was great for this size unicorn as well. I already had extra stuffing.

I bought this plush unicorn as a Christmas toy drive gift, so I won't be able to review how well it is received. I can comment on the packing and quality. The toy came packed so tightly in a very tough vacuum sealed wrapper that I had to be extra careful not to damage it while cutting it loose. Once unpacked, it looked pretty wimpy. The instructions say to let it sit in the sun a while to fluff up, but I noticed It has a zipper on the bottom, so I got in there and fluffed the stuffing up by hand. After doing that and letting it sit undisturbed indoors for a day, it was still a bit limp and under-stuffed looking. I happened to have a nearly full bag of fiberfill left over from a craft project, so I pushed most of the existing stuffing into the head and legs of the plushy, then added my own stuffing to the torso. After using up about half the bag, the toy now looks like the pictures. I like that this toy has a zipper so you have the option of adding more stuffing like I did, but some may worry their kids will get in there. You could snip off the zipper pull to prevent that, or you even carefully remove the zipper with a seam ripper and hand sew the gap shut. The colors (I chose the rainbow pink version) look just like the pictures. It's a really cute toy, so I think a child who loves stuffed toys will appreciate it.

This stuffy is super cute and a great gift. We gave my niece one of the puppy versions and waited until the next holiday to get my daughter this one. She loves it. It’s big but not stiff so it’s easier to carry around, sleep with, etc. than I anticipated. There is a zipper if you wanted to add more “stuffing” but it’s fine as is too.

The unicorn is very oversized and based on this it is good value for money. Like other reviewers have mentioned it did arrive with minimal stuffing and was very floppy. I added more stuffing myself which fixed the issue. Overall, it was still a good purchase.
