I received those rollers yesterday afternoon and I use it right away. Aging sucks. The worst is when your mind is in the thirties and you body much older. I'm very energetic person but my lower back and my feet limiting me with movements. Plus I'm still working and its not helping either. I like what I'm doing and I'm not planning retired yet. I'm standing on my feet a lot. I twist my right ankle many times through my life and 3 years ago my right leg start swelling double of size and I know it I have to do something. I cut my hours of working and this help but my leg was swelling afternoon anyway. I try to protect my right leg and I damage my left. After few month my lower back start hurting and I get sciatica on both sides. Massages was helping but for short time. I get so many knots under my left foot and they was blocking my whole lower part of my body and some on the top. My girlfriend told me about those rollers so I order. This was one of my best decision in my life. I just open it and put on the floor and I start rolling my feet. I was watching TV and rolling. I push my feet to the roller much I can and roll it. I did probably for 30 minutes with breaks. That was around 3-4pm. When I was going to bed around 10pm my legs was perfect normal and the knots almost gone. I still have a one but nothing compare what I have a before This is amazing tool and very simple to use but the results are amazing. I can not imagine how much this will help me if I will do every day. I try massages before but I never get fast result like with those rollers. I try compression pantyhose and was not helping too. This product worth every penny. Size is perfect. Quality is perfect. I don't know how long will last but if I will use twice a day I think this will last for while. Some reviewers complaining about squeaking - yes they do If I push so hard, but this is a wood and metal so this is normal. For me best to do it is with bare feet and for hygiene I think everybody have to have his/her own. I never left that long review but after 3 years be in pain and see results after one use I think this product deserve that. Thank you for great product and fast shipping.

I took a couple of weeks to use this product before I reviewed it, mainly because I hate reading reviews from people who have yet to use the product or barely use it. Also as back story, I spend 60-80% of my work week on my feet wearing a lead apron in an OR at a level 1 Trauma center. I walk about 5 miles each day during work hours and have had plantar fasciitis for 8 months. (That bit was for context) That said, I have used my roller virtually every day after work since receiving it. Here are a couple of things to know. 1. The purchase: Very easy, great price and fast shipping. The communication was also excellent, you definitely feel like a valued customer. 2. The product: Sturdy and exactly as described/pictured. The feel of it on my foot is pleasant. The roller feels as though it will last a long time, (time, of course will tell). 3. Using the roller: It does take a bit of practice with the single roller, I imagine that the more rollers present the easier it would be to use. I needed mine to fit into small bags for travel. You need to use it consistently for a few days to get the hang of how to move your leg/foot to get the result you want. Obviously that is an individual thing, some may need more or less time to figure it out. But take the time because it is worth it. 4. Conclusion: The seller is great and I would definitely purchase from them again. The product works well, and I am totally happy with it! This product alone is likely not the only piece of the puzzle. I have plantar fasciitis (as I mentioned previously), for me I needed this combined with ice massage, anti inflammatories and some orthopedic shoes designed to help with PF. The full routine has helped so much, in the last 2 weeks my routine has paid off as I have much less pain. Side Note: If you get this product or a similar foot roller, use it on both feet even if you don’t have pain in one, it feels really good!

It definately feels good for the feet and yu feel the benefits but 1 or 2 of the wood rollers have a bit too big pieces/balls around sticking up and it can hurt yur feet unless you do it very lightly and gently. Its nice to use to help massage bottom of feet but my legs got tired after 5 minutes of pulling my legs back amd forth as it massaged feet. I think next time I buy something like this for my feet I may try one that does not consist of having to move yur legs back amd forth, id prefer something more comfortable to just put my feet into and get feet massaged.

I am so glad I purchased this foot roller. Perfect for relieving my neuropathy pain. I placed it under my desk and use it every time I sit down to work. It is well made and just the right size. I like that it has two different size roller pins. The larger ones I use for the back half of my foot and heel. The smaller rollers for the front half and toes. I have noticed a reduction in recurring discomfort.

I wasn’t sure what to expect from this.. My partner gets restless legs at nighttime and seems to have some nerve damage from being a contractor/hard worker all of his life. I have rubbed him for hours, and I finally started looking into alternatives. This contraption has been a life or hand saver for me. Wow! He has it by his side of the bed and when he needs it he rolls his feet on it for a few minutes and it works! Gone is the need for me to jump up and rub.. now I just do it because I am nice 😊 I have also used it when my feet feel sore after a long day, and this will quickly take away the familiar foot pain and any tingling. We cannot recommend this enough! As a side note, he is 6’3 and wears a size 12 shoe, and this fits him just fine. Easy to use and sturdy.

Overall nice foot massager. I don't believe in the reflexology stuff, but if you do it comes with a reflexology chart for your feet. Offered comfort and relief from foot pain. The product is pretty portable and lightweight and does not slide after trying it on wood, carpet, and tile flooring. It is nice to use while using a computer or watching television. The reason I am rating this so low is because mine seems to have come with a manufacturing defect out of the box. All of the rollers on the left roll smooth. However the 2nd accupressure roller and 4th roller do not. They do not seem to have enough clearance from the frame and friction will cause them to jam and get stuck which is noticeable when attempting to use the device and does not allow for a smooth experience rolling the right foot.

I don't understand how it does it, but this thing is a miracle. I bought it initially six months ago for a persistent problem my elderly mother was having with pain across the top of her arch that responded to nothing else. When she stopped using it three days later, I was afraid it had failed her. On the contrary - her pain had ceased completely and hasn't returned. I brought it home for my husband, who had injured the bottom of his foot when he missed a stair. He had been limping for several days, but his pain was gone after two days of using this little gem. I have suffered for years with heel pain the day after walking too far in non-supportive shoes. Since I had this machine back in my own home, I figured I'd give it a try. It doesn't "cure" my issue completely, but when I feel the heel pain and use the roller, the pain does leave until the next time I irritate my feet. I have also found it very useful for those vague bottom-of-the-foot nerve signals that feel vaguely itchy, but which can't be settled through itching or rubbing. My daughter also finds relief for that same symptom. I've just purchased two additional rollers - one for my summer house so we don't have to transport the original back and forth, and one as a gift for my daughter. I don't think I've ever before found so much satisfaction from such a simple and inexpensive object. My only (minor) complaint is that the original model has developed a small squeak that sounds like I'm torturing a mouse. I may try oiling the rollers at some point if it begins to bother me more than it does now.

Ive only had this for about 2 weeks but I legit don't know how I got by without it over the years. Im 35 and I can't remember a time my feet felt this good. It absolutely mushes the pain away: it's easily the best 25 I've ever spent on QOL improvement period. It's cheap. It doesn't need electricity. It's built to last. It stashes easily. You can use it while you watch TV Literally a perfect product on this site. I can see how it got 40k near perfect reviews. Just take your time with them. Eventually you will get used to it's more intense wheels and the harsher one will be the one you want. Perfect for if you like sports, workout, work on your feet, or just ate sore. 5/5

This foot massager roller is excellent. It arrived in secure packaging, so no damage and it is exactly as the photo shows. It is very solid and sturdy and comes with a reflexology chart to help guide you with your foot massage. I have found it to be beneficial after a long day at work on my feet.

This is s much a lovely massager under my feet. I suffer from Plantar Fasciitis (painful sole of foot) and I had a foot roller for years, but having a bad bout of a painful foot this week I couldn't find my roller anywhere. I ordered this one yesterday and it arrived today. Thank goodness it did. I've been using this today and the difference already to my foot and although I'm still hobbling around this little roller is already having an effect on my foot. Of course, like anything new do follow the instructions and take it easy at first.

I liked rolling my feet over the product. It’s small, easy to use, cheap, and feels great. The harder you push your feet, the pressure will differ, making it nice and convenient. I loved looking at the pressure points that relate to other body parts, which helped me ensure I focused on particular areas of my feet. I can feel the difference. I've been suffering pain from standing all day for a long time. The pain is still present, but I can feel that it is way less than before. The relief I feel every time I use it is just awesome. The only real negative thing was that this product made a squeaking noise when rolling my feet.

Received and open the package to verify the content. It looks good :-) Not tested since it's a gift.
