Sent wrong size
Ordered a size 10 for my wife in woman’s but was sent a men’s size 10. My wife has the exact shoe already and liked them so much she wanted another pair. But when they arrive you could already tell they looked bigger than her shoes and sure enough were way to big and looked more like the men’s version.
