Really yummy
I was impressed with how good this was. I added raisins and oranges and a little agave.

Avoid!! Itโs an oily mess or a gluey mess depending on how you cook it.
Awful no matter how you cook it. I tried to cook it two ways. First I heated two tablespoons of oil. when it was hot sautรฉed the couscous for 10 min. Added the boiling water, simmered for 15 minutes, then let sit for 20. An oily mess. Tried a second time using no oil. Boiled the water in a pot, then added the couscous. Simmered for 15 minutes. Then let it sit for 20. It all stuck together like oatmeal. A gluey mess. Donโt waste your money or your time.

Hard to find in stores
Toasted them in a little olive oil before boiling, had the same texture and flavor as non-GF

Weird and gross
I'm giving this two stars on principle. This stuff looks gross. It's definitely not couscous. It looks more like broken pieces of ramen. On to of that, the instructions are weird. I'm supposed to deep fry this mess first, then boil? And then after it's boiled it has to sit for 20 minutes? I bought this to try a one pot recipe, but there's no way this will work in a one pot dish. Or even for a busy week night. Because this cannot be returned, I'll prepare it eventually and give the flavor a chance to redeem the appearance and prep. But I don't have high hopes.

Really tasty, great GF substitute
We loved this gluten-free couscous. It first take a bit longer to cook and requires quite a bit of oil- make sure to read the directions and follow them! Toasting added tons of flavor. The price is steep, like all GF products, so this wonโt be a staple per se, but I will definitely buy this again.
User
Amazing that it's gluten-free!
This product is fantastic! It soaks up the flavors of what it used in and you can't even tell it's gluten-free!
User
Really good
Take onions, mushrooms and saute. Add 1/2 cup of couscous and half a cup of Kasha( for added protein) and brown. Add chicken stock and cover until tender. You're welcome.

Disappointing flavour
Itโs hard to find great tasting gf couscous. These werenโt great, but good value for money and easy to cook. Just disappointed with the flavour.
User
