I loved this coffee while in Jamaica
...but somehow when we received it in the States from JA, although my momther is a frequent coffee drinker, she got sick! I'm thinking that maybe she's not acclinated to the environment. I'll update this if I get sick too...because I most definitely am acclimated to it since I visit often!

Missing sachets
24 of the received but 4 was empty. Also, it’s not a lot of coffee inside the others. I can barely feel any. Disappointed.

Great Coffee - Crappy Packaging
This is the best coffee on earth. It's expensive and hard to find. These individuals are weak. (you need about a package and a half to keep it tasting robust) But my biggest gripe is the envelopes themselves. You cannot tear them open. It requires sizzors. Very annoying.
