The holographic sign of BSN is missing from the cover
All BSN products have their holographic sign in their packages. But this product does not have a sign, which most probably means that the product is fake. How can you explain it ?

Really Bad
Wow I use BSN creatine, and on and off with there protein powder, but this amino acid powder sucks. It does not mix at all with water like the label says. And if you put it in anything else it tastes like crap. Stay far away.

Great pre-workout that tastes good and works well. It’s a staple in my routine.

Flavor is atrocious but the active portion seems to work.
Taste: 1 out of 5 - taste (watermelon) is too cloyingly sweet and makes you not want to drink it. I use a 64 oz bottle of water and the taste is even overpowering for that in the diluted state. Another workout buddy said he could smell it while I was adding water to the powder and he was standing 5 feet away. Effectiveness: 3 out of 5 - seems to work on reducing soreness as expected compared to other brands but doesn't function any better. There don't appear to be any dietary side effects
