I can't wait till the company can isolate the probiotics that help prevent muscle atrophy and weakness. After a substantial amount of antibiotics given to me over my lifetime, this product is helpful in restoring better digestion and sleep as it advertises.

Nella is a great probiotic in my rotation and I don't run it all the time, but I feel good when I do. The price is expensive but you get what you pay for in probiotics. My recommendation to the company would be to make a bottled version for travel. The blister packs are annoying to travel with and hard to pack in bulk with other supplements. Other companies can keep their probiotics live while using bottles so it's obviously possible. Less annoying = more sales. They should switch. It isn't going to make you an elite athlete or anything, you still have to put the work in, but you probably already knew that. The price is an issue at 75$ it's too steep. I think 50-60 dollars is a better price point and I would buy more consistently at that price. - The Brain

It's been approx. 2 weeks of beginning my Nella probiotics treatment and honestly, so far, I have not seen any positive results as I had hoped but neither has it created any negative effects either. Let me preface this by saying it may not be Fitbiomics Probiotics fault for the lackluster results either way since I've was diagnosed with a form of Leukemia in 2010 and began chemo treatment in early 2017 after it had gotten more aggressive. I'm still taking a chemo maintenance oral drug, plus a couple of antibiotics each day and in conjunction with semi-annual antibody injections so to say I'm not your typical individual that would begin taking probiotics is an understatement. After reading the description for Nella that listed all of the positive benefits (Improved Digestive Health, Bowel Health, Immune Support, Sleep Aid, and Energy) I was sold on Nella and was ready to give them a try especially since it mentioned Immune Support... It also could be that I may not see any positive results this early and as long as my Oncologist doesn't object I will continue the 30 day supply of Nella and if I see any positive results appear then I will update my review to reflect them. I've just recently read that some cancer patients that are immunocompromised similar to my situation are advised by their doctors to refrain from taking probiotics but to date I've not heard back from my Oncologist... I'm hopeful that I'll be allowed to continue for the full 30 days and it would be great if I receive the aforementioned positive results from my taking Nella!

This will expire before I am even able to finish it. Just received it today on March 8th. Expired 4/46. I still have some from my last subscription with the same 4/26 expiration. That batch I don’t notice it working. It was a completely waste of money and it will not allow me to return it.

Background: I suffer from fibromyalgia, so I tend to have all-over body pain, fatigue, and stomach discomfort most days. I've been treating my fibromyalgia with VERY gentle, slow exercise, massage, the Paleo diet, and an intensive gut-repair supplement regimen. This product: Even after focusing on my treatments all day every day, I still experienced fatigue. After adding this product to my gut-repair regimen, I noticed an improvement in fatigue within the first two weeks. (Note: I may have experienced faster results than most, as I did a pill with all three meals for 3 days, a pill with breakfast and dinner for 3 days, then continued with a pill a day.) Downside: This product is WAY too expensive. I'll probably continue taking it every day for two months, then switch to one or two pills a week with another probiotic taking its place as my main probiotic. (Honestly, if this product was even $50, I'd subscribe each month and take it every day.)

Originally, I tried Nella as a tester and was given free product. In all transparency, I know the co-founders and just tried to support. I left the product sit for over a month and forgot about it, then after reading some of the athletes and learning their success, I actually tried it. I am one who likes to watch everything, steps/ sleep/ cal intake, exercise, etc so I am very watchful as to what I put into my body and how I feel and the reaction I get after it. I can honestly say, my sleep score did improve 3-5 points ( on the Oura ring), which is alot, my stools longer ( although I have no test for that other than my yearly physical blood work much better than it was 2 years ago), but I generally felt better. My general health has been improving, not only because of Nella - but it has become a part of my trusted daily routine. I am a former athlete and past prime but in trying to get to be the best version and general health, I do recommend Nella as its helped me.

Having digestion and elimination issues, this has helped more than any other I've taken. 2 others I know have taken it, one no effect and the other a big difference too. I think if your gut bacteria is off then it'll help, if you're already good then may not see any difference.

I have a rare medical condition that causes severe, rapid, inappropriate lactic acidosis, among other symptoms, diagnosed with advanced CPET. I am also an athlete, so I tried this product hoping it would improve/slow the onset of lactic acidosis so that I can enjoy exercise more and longer in conjunction with my regular prescribed medications. I took the VNella supplement as directed for six days, and while I did notice mild improvement in lactic acid buildup and fatigue during exercise, it was at the expense of increasing my other symptoms (cluster headaches and other neurological symptoms caused by low oxygen availability). Overall, if you’re healthy with no metabolic issues and just taking this to boost athletic performance and endurance, it probably works and is worth trying, but I would not recommend it to anyone hoping to use it to manage a condition that causes abnormal lactic acidosis.
