I use these in class and they work well

These arrived sooner than originally stated, and they are exactly what I expected. One pound weight is perfect for me for Zumba right now. They are comfortable in my hands and fun to use.

The green Zumba sticks that you shld start with them 1st. The purple are almost 3 1bs. Just use the purple a short time when doing Zumba.

The sticks are lightweight and I like them, but are a little defective. No fault of the vendor. I opened the box, took the sticks out of the plastic and found one of the sticks has two bolts sticking out and I can't push them in. Rubber under instead of over the bolts but at least the second bolt is partially covered. I don't want to tear the rubber to try to cover them. I took a photo of one of the bolts. I have arthritis in my thumbs and wrists, tried to use a screwdriver but bolts too tight to move. I can still use the sticks to exercise so I won't return them. Wonder if they were returned by someone else because of the bolts, since the plastic they were in was not sealed.

I have been using these for years in my Zumba classes. I bought them to use at home for all my exercise classes because they’re a perfect grip, balance and weight for my arthritic hands so I can use them for all my exercises at home. High quality and worth the cost.

Ich hab sie für mein Zumba-Training gekauft. Ich benutze sie zwar nicht täglich aber wenn eine Stunde mit Zumba Tonic läuft, dann schwing ich die Teile. Man hört schön am Sand drin, ob man sie richtig schüttelt und sich so auch richtig bewegt. Sie werden in einem praktischen Karton geliefert, damit man sie auch gut transportieren oder verstauen kann. Die jeweilige Farbe der Kullern gibt das Gewicht an. Sie liegen gut in der Hand und es macht Spaß damit zu trainieren.
