So soft and comfortable
I love love this ball. It’s so much more comfortable and easy to use than the original acrylic CTAR apparatus. I used that one for years and suddenly went missing so when looking for a replacement I found the CTAR ball. It’s so easy for my patients. It’s soft, comfortable, easy to clean and easy to carry. Love it!

Too large

A therapy ball when you need it. It is a little "sticky"
Due to some medical issues, my therapist recommended I buy this ball to help me strengthen my neck muscles. It is four inches in diameter and comes inflated. There is a valve on the ball, and you can adjust the inflation using a standard basketball needle and pump. It works perfectly for my exercises, but I do have one issue. The surface of the ball is textured rather than smooth and shiny. This might be to ensure it stays in place while you exercise, but at least in my case it causes the ball to stick to my skin and that's a little uncomfortable during exercise. The discomfort is not enough to prevent me from doing my routine, but it did lead to a four, rather than five star review.

CTAR ball is made of durable material and easy to clean between patients. Great for practicing SLP's!
