Big relief for my eyes!
I've had these for almost a week and already have noticeable relief in the severe strain my eyes havebeen feeling for the past year. I use these for both computer and TV. The clip seems pretty sturdy which is good because I'll be taking it on/off quite a bit.

I would say not to purchase these. While they seem to help me sleep much better they have fallen apart five or six times since I started using them this week. My husband is very good at repairing almost anything and these just don't stay together. I am returning them.
