We purchased the 3kg medicine ball. The ball texture and size is good and provides the necessary grip to handle for your workout. You can hear the sand move when handling but doesn’t concern me but others might find it annoying. Overall it does the job and good value for money.

My fitness class has these and I wanted one for home workouts. Very pleased with it, very sturdy construction with excellent grip and zero bounce. I use it outdoors on the patio and after several month's use it shows no sign of wear or damage. Highly recommended
