Great high-strength metabolism supplement

Good for dental health
Started taking CoEnzyme Q10 on advice of my dentist to help gums heal after dental implants surgery. He advised to take it for 6 weeks before second stage surgery and for 4 weeks afterwards. I swallow whole a 300mg solid capsule of a cheaper brand every day with dinner and also used one of these gel capsules each night to cut open and spread gel liquid around gums. Mouth healed really quickly with no post-operative complications or pain (didn't need antibiotics and just used a herbal mouthwash "Well Gum" every morning) so think this stuff is effective right enough. It also keeps your heart healthy too as well as being good for dental health so I might continue using this vitamin long term now.
