This flap is sturdy, strong, and almost fit the dog door frame but not enough that I would have returned it. The bottom weight worked great at keeping the dog door hole sealed in all weather. If I only had my older dog, it would have lasted years. But I have two dogs. One is calm and has a brain and is in no rush to get anywhere. The other can only be described as a menace. She is half Boxer, one quarter Husky, and the rest is literally every other dog breed up to and including wolf and probably chupacabra. She doesn't walk, she bounds. She bounces her way through the day. She isn't heavy, but she is tall. Legs for days. And she has no brain cells whatsoever. So if all four legs need to be on the ground, such as when passing through the XL door flap I purchased, it doesn't matter how the flap is attached to the frame holes- it will come off whether it is screws, different supportive metal stick frame work thingies, zip ties, anything. She gains too much velocity too fast when all not in bounce mode and nothing is safe from her strong but impenetrable skull. The main doorframe remains a loyal warrior, but I'm having to order a second door screen after six months only because of my in-home personal volcano.

Direct fit replacement for the PAC11-11038! The weight feels good and they look the part. The originals were 10ish years old and time will tell if these hold up. The originals deformed with heat and time and were not sealing at all. the magnetic flap holder at the bottom works exactly like the original as well. These flaps were easy to install. Just the four screws into a bar that is inside between the flaps on each side. It's mildly annoying but once you figure it out it goes pretty quick. i recommend starting a screw into the bar / hole opposite the side you want to start the flap on so that it makes the hole line up. From there put the screw through the outside slot, then the flap, than the hole in the bar should line right up. once that screw is started, remove the first screw that you started with and re-install it with the flap. Fromt here you can add the other two screws, adjust the height to eliminate any bowing of the flap. Tighten them all down and go do the other flap on the other side of the wall!

The door could fit a bit better.

Fit perfect. Hoped it was clear (like the picture) but it’s not. It works though.

The pet door is of excellent quality. It looks sturdy and should withstand the rough prairie winters! The measurements are exact and easily fitted and installed. Good value for dollar

This product is not a direct replacement for the small Petsafe flaps. They are too wide and the plastic they are made of is not flexible enough, especially in a cold climate. I should have sent them back, but needed my pet door operational immediately. I trimmed the sides and shimmed th attachment points to get it to work. The doors still won’t operate correctly. Lots of infiltration and the outside flap stays open so the dog won’t use it. Extremely dangerous, the dog would freeze to death in our climate.

Great, easy to install as replacements. I take care of lots of dogs, all sizes when people go away on holidays and it gets constant use all day.

This was the first time I’d purchased a replacement that wasn’t brand name, it’s a perfect fit and the screws were genius. Highly recommend.
