To begin with, this product, Kitsch Gua Sha facial tool, arrived without any issues. I am usually skeptical of products “made in China”, but I am actually impressed with the quality of this tool. It appears to be made of stainless steel, as advertised; currently, I have used it for a week, since receiving, and have not seen any tarnish and/or discolouration. It is sleek, polished, and light weight with a surprising heft. I would say, this is a high-grade quality metal alloy. Additionally, I was waiting for the brand name, /kit•sch/, to eventually rub off, but it is actually laser etched. Overall, I really enjoy using this high-quality tool because it glides smoothly and has a beautifully balanced weight, bringing a real sense of calm to my Gua Sha routine.

Haven’t used it yet, but seems like it already came with some scratches on the back. A travel case for it would be nice to store it somewhere.

The Gua sha feels very high quality. It is a heavy metal, with a great size. It feels cold to the touch. It does leave fingerprint marks, as it is glossy, but that can be washed easily. It seems very durable to falls.
