Perfect Seat! (narrow, spacious, safe, and comfortable)
I’ve waited a couple of months before writing a review, to test it out fully. I have a Toyota Corolla 2011, and this fits pretty great! We needed a good-sized convertible car-seat, but also one that didn’t take up too much space where the front seat is impossible to sit in - like others. The cup holders and the ability for them to retract is a big space saver and it keeps them clean! It’s also narrow which allows for 2 adult passengers to sit in the back with the car seat with no problem. Assembly: I read the manual before even attempting to try anything and took it apart (to wash) which really helped my learn it all so installing was really easy. Once latched, it does not move AT ALL. I’m very impressed with it. Leg room: My baby was 1 when we got this because he was already way too tall for his regular baby seat. The leg space for it was definitely an improvement! There are 2 settings in rear-facing so he’s had great leg space. I’ve also noticed that he can tries to push himself from the backseat and the car seat doesn’t move a centimeter! Before he would be able to kick himself and the old car seat would move as he did that. Safety & Comfortability: As I mentioned above, it does not move at all after installed. Additionally, the cushions around the entire piece are stable and very soft. He’s much more comfortable in this than any other car seat I’ve put him in. The head area is very adjustable and I see us using this for many years. Great investment! I will be buying another one for our second car.

Great car seat!
We love this car seat! Super sturdy and comfortable. The harness has many adjustments to get the perfect fit. It's a great size for a small/mid size suv. The material is breathable and the seat cushion is removable for easy cleaning. The different latch system options are great too for when you need to transfer it into another car.

Very pleased with our purchase!!
I usually spend way too much time online and in stores looking at and comparing products for my kids (drives my husband nuts). Plus, I'm always trying to find the best deal and bang for our buck. When it came time to upgrade to a bigger car seat for my daughter, it was no different. After going to multiple stores, reading reviews and comparing car seats, I finally decided on this Slimfit Graco car seat. Product came pretty quickly in the mail and then I let it sit in my entryway, unboxed for a few days as I was struggling to make the big switch from the infant car seat to the "big girl" car seat. Throughout those few days, my daughter had a ton of fun getting in and out and seemed to fully accept her new ride. I also had time to check it out several times as I passed by it and came to really appreciate the choice I had made. Seemed like a sturdy, well-made seat with quality fabric. I love that there are options as to reclining it, so I don't have to worry about my daughters head falling forward when asleep. Haven't compared it to the other convertible car seat that I have, but I'm sure it might recline a little more while forward facing to help prevent the same issue when my daughter gets older. The head rest moves up and down so easily, which also automatically adjusts the shoulder straps! As in, I don't have to take the whole thing out to thread shoulder straps through layers of material. Genius! Another attribute that I loved about this seat was that the armrests were a lower profile than some, which makes it easier to get my daughter in and out while having to reach over another car seat to access the middle seat. I was also happy to see it's equipped with the nice push button latches instead of the metal clips that you have to squeeze, so easy to install! One of the reasons I got the SlimFit model was because I have three car seats to make room for and at times need to have access to my third row when watching additional kiddos. With the new car seat in the middle, another convertible car seat to one side and a booster on the other, my 5 yr old has no issues reaching down in between the seats to buckle her belt. It can get pretty cramped in any vehicle and can cause frustration. Folding up the single seat of my 60/40 bench seat in the second row for kids to move to the back in the 3rd row, the seat easily folds up and is not limited by the width of the new car seat. Having the cup holders folded in helped with that also. Anyway, this is now officially the longest review I've written. I guess I'm just that pleased with our purchase! Although it wouldn't take much to move it to another vehicle, I could see buying a second SlimFit seat for my husbands truck to make things even easier when he has the kids.

Love this car seat!!
I did a ton of research before I settled on this car seat. I needed a comfortable, relatively compact, affordable car seat and this one fits the bill perfectly. I have a Honda Odyssey, and this car seat sits in the middle seat of the middle row. One of our doors is broken on the van, so my middle son needs to squeeze around the car seat to get his seat, and this car seat is compact enough that he’s able to do it! But it does not feel too small for my daughter, she seems to be very comfortable in it. I love that you can adjust the harness height by just pulling up the handle. The straps are easy to adjust and it is very simple to install. The cupholders are a little too far for my daughter to reach in the rear-facing recline position, but that’s relatively minor. I do like that you can rotate the cups to make the seat slimmer. This makes it easier to slide the seat next to it forward to access the back row. Overall I am really happy with my purchase and highly recommend this car seat!

Great toddler car seat for my 5 year old
My husband and I have been in the market for a car seat for about 3 months looking for the perfect one, and then I came across this one. And ordered immediately. After I ordered two because I have Irish twins, the seat became out of stock so we had to wait 2 weeks before it shipped out which was a bit annoying but this is the first one that came the other is supposed to be here tomorrow. So when looking for the seat we were looking for #1 - Safety, after reading different reviews from car accidents, and safety measures I already knew this box was checked! #2 - Comfy, finding a comfortable car seat for toddlers are actually tuff we went into over 10 different stores that had seats on display to find this and the this one is more comfortable that our previous Graco extend 2Fits. #3 - Cleaning, The reviews I seen on the ease of cleaning this seat and they were pretty dirty and after the washer it looked brand new sold me. Our previous seat I took the cushion off and it was so many different latches to take off and on it was absolutely ridiculous man, it was never the same after the wash with this one it’s literally a few buttons to unsnap and snap back together and your back to fresh and clean and new looking! And last but not least #4 - my husband is big on the kids having a recline I hated for their head to drop down when they fall asleep he wasn’t a fan of the bands that you can put around the kids seat and then on their forehead when they fall asleep because they left marks on their forehead so recline wasn’t really a option it was a necessity!! And the recline is really really great it goes back pretty far to where the kids still have space and the latch is so much easier than our previous seats omgggg this seat so far so good and my toddler's loves it. Mom and dad loves it. WIN WIN ‼️💗

Perfect Space-Saving Car Seat That Grows with Your Child
I’ve been using the Graco SlimFit 3-in-1 Convertible Car Seat in the Darcie pattern for a few weeks now, and I couldn’t be happier with it. The biggest win for me is the space-saving design—our car isn’t huge, and this seat fits perfectly without feeling bulky or crowding the backseat. It’s also been really convenient having one seat that transitions from rear-facing to forward-facing to a booster. It feels like a smart long-term investment. Installation was pretty straightforward (we used the LATCH system), and once installed, it feels super secure. My daughter seems really comfortable in it, and I like that the headrest has 10 adjustable positions—it’s easy to find the right fit as she grows. The cup holders are a nice touch too, and I appreciate that they rotate in to save space. Overall, it’s sturdy, safe, and practical. Highly recommend for anyone looking to save space without sacrificing quality or comfort.

I really like this seat, BUT...
I looked at a million reviews of car seats for my 13 month old. I decided to go with Graco brand bc they seem to check most of the boxes. I really wanted the 4ever DXL (or whatever it’s called), but I didn’t have the money and had to buy one like yesterday. I will list the pros and cons of what I’ve found since I purchased this one. Pros: Most importantly, this model is among the car seats on the safety list. It’s very sturdy and great quality. The cushion is very soft and comfy. It’s very easy to install (Husband and I watched a video and installed in less than 10 minutes.) I love you can adjust the harness with the headrest. With captain chairs and a single car seat, the width is not a problem, but it would help a little if I did while still being spacious and comfy for my baby. I love it has 2 cup holders that will hold my baby’s favorite sippy cup that’s pretty wide. (I saw reviews of another car seat that had square cup holders that wouldn’t hold normal sized cups.) I love this one converts to a booster seat so I don’t have to purchase a new one for a few years. Cons: It only has 2 recline settings in rear facing position, and my baby seems to sit higher than I’d prefer especially when sleeping, though he doesn’t seem too uncomfortable. My baby is 31” long, and his feet are already touching the seat. I’m not sure how he’s supposed to be rear facing until 40” or 2 years old. I almost bought the extended rear facing seat, but it didn’t convert to a booster so I went with this one. Now, I wish I had. I have captain chairs in my small suv (Buick Enclave), and it doesn’t sit level, which is probably an issue with other brands as well. Even the booklet tells you to put a towel under it which makes me extremely uncomfortable. Also, we still have to keep our passenger seat pushed up a little bc it’s too wide. My husband is 6’ 3” so it’s more of a problem to him than me at 5 ft. Overall, I really like this car seat and the pros outweigh the cons by far.

Sturdy and well made
We needed a spare car seat for the in-laws and I wasn’t keen on forking out $200. Yet, here we are. I originally bought a Safety 1st booster seat because it was inexpensive, but was woefully disappointed in the quality. You get what you pay for indeed. This Graco seat is very sturdy, not terribly difficult to install, and gives great peace of mind. We already had two Graco 4Ever DLX 4-in-1 car seats and were very happy with them. They are bulky, though. This slim one is definitely smaller and takes up less space. I ended up keeping this one since I have a smaller SUV (Chevy Equinox) and gave the bulky DLX to the in-laws since they have a bigger vehicle. My kiddo LOVES being able to climb up in the seat without assistance and the collapsible cup holders ended up being a bonus toy to play with on car rides. This thing is just plain solid. Great construction and materials. The head rest and straps are easy to adjust as well (we’re using it in forward facing 5-point harness mode). This one is well worth the investment.
