I found nothing to dislike really. I have been wanting to try a massager for chronic lower back pain and after reviewing them extensively on line opted for this one. I am not disappointed. This little machine is excellent for reducing spasms and pain in this brittle, 77 year old back. You can adjust the pressure just by leaning forward a bit if it’s too intense or by using the lighter mode already programmed in. Lots of adjustments are available to personalize this little massager. I am happy with the rechargeable/portable capability as well. This allows me to use the massager untethered to an electrical outlet. One negative aspect which might bother some is the heating element is a little on the mild side so don’t expect a gush of real warmth. What heat it does emit is fine for me but others might like more.

This has helped alot to relieve tight muscles along my spine since I've been without RMT treatment. I wish it was thinner so that it would fit comfortably in car seat and be more comfortable to use on my neck. The battery life is not very long, but it's soothing while it lasts.

Use it everyday for hips, back and neck. Amazing! Cordless is the only way to go.
