Edit: I have been taking this for a long time now, and still love it. It’s super reliable-a half hour after I take it, I can fall asleep. It doesn’t knock you out like Benadryl or something, it’s just this relaxed, sleepy feeling, like your bed became 100x more comfortable or something, lol! And I wake up perfectly fine, not groggy or super sleepy like some sleep aids can make you. Somehow my whole subscribe and save order got damaged and sent back, and I thought I would just go without until the next one comes. Nope! Here to order a bottle to get me through until my s&s comes again. I’m also going to let my teenage daughter try it, because she has a hard time sleeping. I think it is that safe and wonderful! I’ve been taking this for a few months, and liked how it made me fall asleep faster, but with no side effects in the morning. I ran out a few days ago, and didn’t reorder (trying to save money right now). Within two days, I woke up with horrible lower back pain, to the point where I can’t bend down for a few hours after waking up. I hadn’t realized how much this was actually helping until I ran out! Definitely won’t be going without again.
