All L'Oreal products boxes are opened when we received. Are you selling tester or returned items? Any products such as makeup, lipstick, eye serum, eyeliner, etc..... so strange that all of their boxes are opened, it's not sealed. Why? We are continuously buying; we like this brand, but next time if it's opened, we shall return it. We are keeping it because we really need to use. The above review I wrote last time and it still the same with this item as well. No improvement.

The lipstick case is damaged! It does not open When I try twisting it it just stays there- the case does not rotate to open- have asked for a return

Really love this series of lipsticks very moisturizing and long lasting.

I have purchased this shade several times but I have only found the price to be steady and low on Amazon. I have been a huge fan of these L’Oréal Nu Collection. They feel like luxury lipsticks like Dior and Lancôme to me. Literally glides on like butter and after some time, sets to a satin finish. These fades a bit with food and drink of course but it’s a uniform fading which means you never look bad. You can also easily touch up. I have been gifting these to friends and family and so far, it has been always admired by everyone

Defective! . Must have received a second-hand item. The lipstick casing was covered with a large sticky label with the wording "nuevo" on it. It took me 30 minutes to remove it and there is still a sticky residue on it. Also, the tip of the lipstick was broken off. Again, seems like a second-hand item. It's too much work sending it back for a refund, but I will never order from this seller again. You're probably getting used products.
