These actually do what they say they will do.
These actually do what they say they are going to do. Because of hormone changes, there have also been OTHER accompanying changes. These have solved that problem. I have tried many other womens’ probiotics that said they would do the same thing and did nothing. These work, and I will keep taking them for a loonng time.

It's Good
I have been taking this probiotic for quite some time, maybe about 3 to 5 years, and sometimes, I wonder if it's doing anything until I stop taking it. When I do stop taking it, I notice a difference days later, which let's me know it is still effective. To be on the safe side, I would take this for a month, then switch to a trusted probiotic for a month, and keep swapping, that way, the potency and effectiveness isn't lost overtime.

They’re OK
Not nearly effective enough. I decided to try these based on the good reviews after my usual brand stopped being carried by Amazon. I like my probiotics to be unsubscribe and save because I don’t have to think about re-ordering them every month. I tried these for about six weeks and noticed that my regularity had changed. My probiotic was the only change that had been made to my daily habits. In fact, I’ve been eating healthier with more fruits and vegetables so if anything, my regular ready should’ve gotten better. I was able to find my. Probiotic at a local market and once back on it, I went back to normal. So unfortunately, I can’t give these a five star review.
