Does ip6 gold powder dissolve easily in water?

IP6 Gold Powder stirs into water easily, but it does not "dissolve." IP-6 has naturally occurring calcium. Because our Unflavored IP6 Gold Powder does not have any added ingredients like citric acid to help it "dissolve," we recommend adding a little citric juice (lemon or orange) to the water.

Why is the serving size 5 grams? For the capsules from this same company, the serving size is about 1 gram (2 capsules).

One scoop of powder equals 8 capsules. Here is our recommended usage: 2 capsules taken twice a day on an empty stomach for overall good health; or 8 capsules (or 1 scoop of powder) twice a day or as directed by health professional for those needing maximum immune support.

why is there calcium in it?

In every IP6 Gold product, the source of IP-6 (Inositol Hexaphosphate) is Calcium Magnesium Phytate extracted from rice bran. The calcium is naturally occuring. We do not add it. Researchers believe that the IP-6 acts as carrier to facilitate optimal absorption of calcium, magnesium, and phosphorous.

Rice bran has arsenic in it correct?
