Great customer service
I love the look of the case. The case outside is not a heavy duty plastic but it is a Hardcase. The inside has a lot of cushion inside. It's perfect for a trip and to take as a carry on. we originally ordered this at Christmas and my husband never needed to use it until a few months later. The zippers came off track when he was closing it. Not sure why. I contacted the seller and they sent a new one right away. The new ones zippers seem to be intacted. Great customer service. .

Durable and Perfect fit
I have needed a travel case for my PS5 for a while. I finally decided to order one and this one caught my eye for the looks. it has been better than I expected. It is durable, it is easily transported, and everything for the ps5 fits PERFECTLY in the case. I love the multi use of it as well. it is very easy to remove the foam and use it as a suit case

BAD ZIPPER
Case is cool, but ZIPPER IS POOR QUALITY for a pricey case. The case is unusable now, as the zipper does not close the case. I am only glad it didn’t break while I was carrying it, or my ps5 could have fallen on the ground and broken and I would be out of $500. I do not reccomend unless they fix the zipper quality. Don’t entrust your $500 device to a $0.50 zipper. And if the zipper DOES fail during use, the handle is only on one size so the case will fly right open and your ps5 will be lost. Maybe mine was faulty, and I would like to give them another chance, but for $50+ I can’t afford another case like this.

Fits the PS but not sure how sturdy it will be.
The case exterior itself is hard however it’s flimsy not like a suitcase. It’s fine for packing up and headed to a friend’s house but I wouldn’t put it on the bottom of a stack of luggage. It was perfect for my 10 year old nephew to keep his gaming items together and protected for travel. I’m curious how it will hold up with time and use because it feels cheap. Regardless, it’s better than a school backpack!
