Seller stated the watch is compatible with Verizon, after visiting Verizon I found this is untrue! I have been in contact with there customer care and so far it has been prompt answers when I have asked a question and they seem to be willing to rectify my concerns. I will be back to share the outcome shortly and to give a full review of the watch and its features.

Good product but latch issues
The watch itself is pretty decent, but the latch that holds it closed leaves a LOT to be desired. We’ve had it maybe 3 weeks and it opens constantly and this kills the battery. If it weren’t for the fact that the charging point requires opening the face, I’d just glue it shut. We bought it for our daughter to wear walking home from school since she stays home for 30 mins or so before we get home, but if it’s dead by then, it doesn’t really help.

Not worth the money
The was a poor product, not intuitive at all, and it never worked after inserting a SIM card. I returned it and opted for the T-mobile Sync Up watch for kids.
