Cheddaaaa!
Just made our first cheddar and it looks like it turned out SO GOOD!! Just make sure you refrigerate this right when you get it and it will keep it longer! Such a wonderful product we’re super excited to try our next cheese!

Definitely needed to make good cheese!
Recently had the opportunity to use this product. I used it for homemade mozzarella cheese. I also learned that homogenized milk doesn’t have the proper stuff to keep the curds together. However, there is a work around called calcium chloride (pickle crisp) that helps. There’s not really any flavor in the product, just liquid rennet. I feel that it served its purpose as the cheese did set up well and fairly quickly. The cheese is firm as I had squeezed it tightly in the cheesecloth. It is a definite value for what it does. Plus the melted cheese won’t stretch without it.

This animal Kenneth worked perfectly for homemade mozzarella. I really liked the texture and taste of the homemade mozzarella. It was great for homemade pizzas!

Scam
This product is a scam. The instructions aren’t clear: it asks to “acidify” the milk but it doesn’t specify how or what to use. Using vinegar or lemon juice will acidify the milk but also make the cheese, therefore, this product is NOT necessary and a waste of milk. SAVE YOUR MONEY

It doesn't work! Tried 2 times
Absolute garbage! It didn't work the first time, and I had to use garlic as a backup to save my milk. A week later, I tried making cheese again with this rennet, and the exact same thing happened—it simply didn't work. To make matters worse, the product is non-refundable, so my money went straight into the garbage. I would not recommend this product to anyone.

Wasted 2 jugs of milk, the cheese did not curdle. So it turned into kind of cottage cheese.
