Retested my levels after taking this for 6 weeks. Lowered cholesterol from: CHOL 288 & LDL 212 to CHOL 250 LDL 142 I am a fitness professional with a clean diet so my high cholesterol is clearly genetic. I suffered all of the side effects from taking statins even on half dosage; severe diarrhea, insomnia, muscle fatigue. My doctor offered no other solution except taking more medication adding Imodium and sleep aids. I was desperate to find an alternative. I saw an ad for a similar product at triple the price. This product had more natural ingredients and included garlic and black pepper. Take upon waking with warm lemon water. Easy breezy! It works with no adverse side effects and economical too. I'm recommending this to everyone I know with high cholesterol.

I've been using this for several years on an empty stomach first thing in the morning. I don't have any effects from it and my cholesterol is a little lower but not as low as I thought it would be. It's a good value and I'll continue to purchase it.

I've been struggling to get my cholesterol down under 200 since having a mild heart attack 9 1/2 years ago. The statins my Dr. wanted me to take caused side effects I didn't like. I now take another prescription drug, but it doesn't seem to do much, so I added a product with citrus bergamot. It seemed to help, but I total cholesterol was hovering around 215 - 225. I ran out of that product and began looking on Amazon for something more helpful. Found Organic Cadane citrus bergamot, and it seemed to have a higher dosage along with other helpful ingredients. I received it on July 5, and began taking it. Now, less than 7 weeks later, I just got my test results, and my total cholesterol is down to 183. The other numbers are better, also, so I've ordered more, hoping at least to stay steady or maybe to improve even more!

I cannot say they work well since I never finished the bottle. However the smell is horrible and hard to finish even just 1 bottle.
