Why does the product have a strong fishy smell when I open the package?

The item has no strong inherent odor. Our leather pants are sealed for shipping. Extended transit in hot, airtight conditions causes odor buildup inside the package. The scent concentrates when opened, which makes it smell unusually strong at first.

How can I remove the peculiar smell after receiving the product?

*Hang the pants in a cool, ventilated spot for 12 hours to remove 80% of the odor. *Wipe the leather with clean water or gently hand wash, then air dry fully. *For fast deodorizing, use activated charcoal while airing to absorb odors efficiently.

What improvement measures have we taken in response to this?

We simulated 30-day sealed high-temperature storage to analyze the odor issue. We have upgraded our packaging and adopted faster logistics to deliver a better shopping experience. Thank you for choosing RIOJOY!
