An actual 5-pin XLR!
Finally, a true 5-pin XLR. FYI, these are actually 5 pin, whereas most 5 pin XLR advertised on here, are actually only 3 pin. So, if you need a real 5 pin, as I did, save yourself the trouble I went through and just get these. Great quality and 5 pin.

Time saver
We use it in a ceiling light grid, and it prevents us from needing to re-run cables back and forth when adding and removing lights. Just adding the adapter in-line prevents the need to re-route the cables, and it saves us lots of time and effort.
