Touch wood, I have seen an improvement.I was looking for a cheaper alternative to the fybogel tablets (I don't have the patiance for the sachets) and stumbled upon Dr Gut, and since the price was pretty cheap, I felt I had nothing to lose.Admittedly, my diet is terrible, which no doubt adds to my IBS. I haven't changed anything, I only take one tablet with breakfast and so far, I have not had any issues. I won't go into too many details, but surfice to say - meals that would normally trigger cramps and loose stools seem to have settled. I'm now pretty regular as well.I still have a flare a couple of days before my period but it was no-where near as bad as they usually are.Overall, I am a pretty happy camper and even recommended them to my mum, who seems they have helped her as well.

My son has bouts of pain, feeling like trapped wind and struggles to go 💩.Nothing has ever worked and the gp is not interested in the slightest, we’ve tried so many things but as I have had ins since quite young, I thought I’d try this.It’s brilliant! Stopped the pain so fast so he could sleep and the next day he went to the loo twice and felt completely back to normal. This is an amazing product and we will always have some in the medicine cupboard from now on!
