Great replacement and work right away with no programming needed. As other mentioned, you need to change the remote with a new battery.

They work with functioning batteries.
Bought two of these and they work...with functioning batteries (both were dead). Wrong corner to cut. One was in upside down, but the other was not for an indication of how they feel about them.Should have left out batteries from it and stated that you need to buy some. Nothing worse than garbage included with a purchase. 2 stars for wasting my time and misleading statements.
