But no campino. I did not seem to suffer the laxative effect. As someone who is trying to 'extreme diet' I would be one of the few people not to complain if there was a laxative effect. I need to lose about 4 stone, but spend much of my time in front of a PC. When I am programming I tend to eat sweets. These are good, the strange minty taste sis not unpleasant, and dows not last long. Then a brief strawberry taste, then a generic creaminess..... Really not bad, and my weight loss was neither enhanced nor detracted.... But stayed consistent (if not as quick as I want 😁)

Like some reviews have mentioned, it tastes a bit minty. You do get a hint of mint. When it's placed on the tip of the tongue, you get a hint of strawberry. It's very creamy in taste though. Kind of reminds me of a cross between a mint humbug, a Werther's original, with a touch of strawberry. I like it though! You don't get that strange sugary aftertaste that some sugar free sweets leave. It also helps me when I have a sweet craving.

Good value for money, taste nice. BUT every sweet is individually wrapped in plastic because of this I will not be purchasing again

I am so glad I found these. I'm currently on the keto diet, and have been craving sweets. It's worth mentioning that the whole packet has something just under 100g of carbs, so if you're the kind of person that can't control yourself around sweets, something of which I have been guilty of, I would strongly advise keeping it in a place you can't access them and restrict yourself to 2 sweets per day, otherwise you WILL kick yourself out of ketosis. The only fault about these are that they do have a somewhat bitter aftertaste. Not quite sure what it was, but its very minor. Excellent sweets otherwise!!!

I get these for a family member who has type 2. He loves them, You can also get them in the lemon flavour.

I’m a diabetic and occasionally I feel like having something sweet so this is amazing taste without spiking your sugar levels high. Taste is creamy and smooth flavour Highly recommended

Great flavor and works well to keep me away from real sugar. Great for diabetics. They are expensive though
