Horrible
This was horrible. Does not taste anything like it should. Inedible. Followed the directions to a tee.

Weird and gross
I'm giving this two stars on principle. This stuff looks gross. It's definitely not couscous. It looks more like broken pieces of ramen. On to of that, the instructions are weird. I'm supposed to deep fry this mess first,then boil? And then after it's boiled it has to sit for 20 minutes? I bought this to try a one pot recipe, but there's no way this will work in a one pot dish. Or even for a busy week night. Because this cannot be returned, I'll prepare it eventually and give the flavor a chance to redeem the appearance and prep. But I don't have high hopes.

Pretty good!
Considering that most Passover products are meh, especially gluten-free ones, this couscous is quite good! The texture is close to that of “real” couscous. Easy and quick side dish. Use a non-stick pan and less oil than suggested.

Hard to find in stores
Toasted them in a little olive oil before boiling, had the same texture and flavor as non-GF

Disappointing flavour
It’s hard to find great tasting gf couscous. These weren’t great, but good value for money and easy to cook. Just disappointed with the flavour.
