No stretch at all in my experience. While the lining is stretchy the lace is not at all.

No, My bra straps were barely noticeable.

Is the bottom skirt part of the dress more sheath style or slimmer like a pencil skirt?

I think it depends on how big your hips are :-) It's slim fitting, but i wouldn't say its super tight like a pencil skirt

My return window is passed. could i return for a smaller sz? that was the only problem that i had was that it was a size too big?
